Types of information collected
When you register for our E-newsletter and conference calls,
we collect your name, E-mail address, company name, city,
state, country, website, phone number, profession and number
of employees. Some of these fields are optional. Your
information will not be shared with any other outside
parties without your prior, confirmed consent.
If you utilize our coaching services, Success Handler,
LLC may also collect additional information, including
credit card numbers.
Success Handler, LLC does not collect personal data that
Safe Harbor laws consider "sensitive." That is, we do not
collect information about your medical condition, racial
or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or
philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexual
life. We also do not knowingly collect information from
children. If we request this information in the future,
we will notify you in advance and you may provide this
information only if you elect to do so on an "opt-in" basis.

Success Handler, LLC offers website users the convenience
of online personalization by using cookies. Cookies are
alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your

www.successhandler.com so that we can remember our previous

Success Handler, LLC understands the importance of
